The delivery period consists of two stages:

• Processing time :

- Orders are checked, approved and packed within 1 to 3 working days from the order date.

- Your parcel is then prepared for transport.

• Delivery time :

- When the parcel is picked up by our carrier:

- Europe, UK: 6-9 working days

- United States, Canada: 5-8 working days

- Australia: 6-9 working days

- Rest of the world: 9-12 working days

At Hello Vichy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the following information:

• Your first and last name.
• The email address used for the order.
• The order number, as indicated in the confirmation email received at the time of purchase.
